Host and attendees can also search the transcript by entering text into the Search transcript field at the top of the window.

The transcript will appear in a side-panel Transcript window, and the full transcript to that point may be saved by clicking Save Transcript.

The transcript will appear as video subtitles at the bottom of the video frame.

These options allow attendees to view and adjust the transcriptions.

A set of options will be available for host and attendees by clicking the small arrow on the Live Transcript button. Zooms live transcription feature (available from September 2021) can provide automatic captioning during a meeting through the closed captioning setting.

The meeting host will immediately see the transcripts at the bottom of the Zoom meeting video.

At the bottom of this window click Enable Auto-Transcription.

Click the Copy button on the right to copy the link to your video (paste it somewhere for safe keeping).Īs it uploads you can configure your settings for the video.

In the Upload Videos window click Select to find your video file (.mp4) or drag your video file into this window.

Click on the Camera icon in the upper right corner and then click Upload Video.

Scroll down to the Youtube icon and click on it.

Click on the 9 squares in the upper right corner to open up the list of connected Google Apps.

Log into your Stony Brook email account.

Video file (.mp4) - this is the video file you can upload to YouTube.

Chat (.txt) - the chat text during the meeting.

Audio Only (.m4a) - the audio recording of the event only.

You will see 2 to 4 files for each recorded session:.

Find the recording and if they are cloud recordings, download them to your computer.
